The letter was written by the Sadhvi:

Let's be told that a Sadhvi living in the Dera Ashram in 2002 had accused the Dera chief of sexual assault through the letter. In this case, the application was filed in the High Court. After the hearing on this, on the order of the court, in the year 2001, the whole case was handed over to the CBI. After the CBI filed a charge sheet in the year 2007, the court started hearing the case. On August 25, the court had convicted Ram Rahim in this case.
