According to the media reports that came out, the whole family was pure vegetarian, so their mind was spoiled when they saw the chicken curry. After that, this bitter experience of them, they filed a case against the restaurant in the Consumer Forum.

After that, the forum asked to pay 20 thousand rupees as a fine on the kitchen of the club. And the Consumer Forum said in its judgment, "This is a lack of service. Due to the restaurant's mistake, not only the feelings of the family were hurt, but they also suffered a mental injury. Therefore, the club will have to pay the amount of the fine as well as the expenses related to the case to the complainant. Siddharth Srivastava, a lawyer by profession, is a permanent member of the Jiwaji Club. And he ordered Matar Paneer from the club's kitchen through Zomato on the 26th of last month, but the food he was delivered from Zomato was non-veg. After this happened, Siddharth Srivastava complained to the club. However, when no one listened to him, he knocked on the door of the Consumer Forum. Hearing the matter, the forum has imposed a fine of 20 thousand rupees on the kitchen of the club.
