Kashi: There has been a ruckus regarding the survey of many deities including Shringar Gauri located in Kashi Vishwanath and Gyanvapi mosque complex of Varanasi. Ever since the survey process has started, protests by the Muslim community have been going on. Where AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has termed this action as a violation of law. At the same time, the Muslim side has demanded the removal of the court commissioner alleging discrimination.

Let us inform that on behalf of the respondent Anjuman Arrangements Masjid Committee, an application seeking removal of the court commissioner has been presented in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division. The Muslim side has alleged that the court commissioner is being biased. It was demanded in the application that by removing the court commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, the honorable court should appoint itself or some other senior lawyer in his place as the lawyer commissioner, so that fair justice is done. In this case, the court has fixed the time of hearing at 2 pm.

It has also been said in the application that the court commissioner was insisting on going inside the mosque after sunset, while no such order has been given by the court. Let us tell you that the survey is being done on the orders of Senior Judge Division of Varanasi. When the team reached here to conduct the survey on Friday, the Muslim side strongly opposed it and raised slogans. Videography is to be done in the premises of Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Gyanvapi Masjid even today.
