The Muslim side has alleged that the court commissioner is being biased. It was demanded in the application that by removing the court commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, the honorable court should appoint itself or some other senior lawyer in his place as the lawyer commissioner, so that fair justice is done. In this case, the court has fixed the time of hearing at 2 pm.

It has also been said in the application that the court commissioner was insisting on going inside the mosque after sunset, while no such order has been given by the court. When the team reached here to conduct the survey on Friday, the Muslim side strongly opposed it and raised slogans.
