Kanpur: Raj Thackeray's Navnirman Sena's Vice President Atendra Bhardwaj's father found COVID19 positive, but he did not receive treatment at the corona ward of Halot. The doctor was found watching TV and playing cards with the staff. Thereafter, the bed that was provided to his father had bloodstains. After CMO Dr Anil Kumar Mishra arrives an ambulance with a life support system took the patient to Narayana Medical College and admitted it.

There was a commotion that there was a relative of home minister in the hospital. CMO Dr Anil Kumar Mishra visited Atendra Bhardwaj's house to check his father and assured good treatment. The CMO asked the medical college and the hatot officers to complete the preparations. But on Monday night, when the patient reached with the family, there was no arrangement. Atendra himself went to the Corona ward by wearing PPE kit. CMO and deputy principal Dr. Richa Giri also arrived. 

On the other hand, three more patients died on Monday of COVID-19 in Kanpur city. 344 new infected found. The three deceased were also in the grip of diabetes, liver disease, hypertension, kidney disease. After the infection, they had pneumonia in their lungs which led to the failure of the respiratory system during treatment. The death toll due to COVID-19 has now reached 536. The total number of infections is 20589 and out of these, 15309 patients have been healthy in hospitals and home isolation. Active cases are 4744.
