Bhopal: A fire broke out in the infant ward of Kamala Nehru Hospital in the premises of Hamidia Hospital in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal on Monday night. Now a video of the accident has surfaced showing what the hospital staff did to save the children. State Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang is also seen in the ward.

The video is horrific with newborns lying on the bed and trying to save them. This video is from the exact time when the efforts were being made to save the children after the fire in the SNCU ward. It is seen in the video how the hospital staff is reciting Hanuman Chalisa to save the children.

The same video shows how the children have been evacuated and kept on the bed after the ward caught fire and are being given oxygen. The family members also seem to be suffering for their children. After these videos came to the fore, the hospital's preparations were also exposed. It is clearly visible in this that there was no preparation of the hospital to deal with the emergency situations, so the children were made to lie down where they found the place.┬аThe family members were trying to save their children by sitting them on their lap. When the accident took place on Monday night, 40 children were admitted to the SNCU ward, out of which 36 were shifted to another ward, but 4 children were burnt to death.
