New Delhi: On Thursday, November 11, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital  New Delhi. On Wednesday, Bommai said he would meet with the prime minister to discuss the state's development issues and invite him to launch some of the state's programmes.

"The Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri @BSBommai met PM @narendramodi. @CMof Karnataka," tweeted Prime Minister's office today. On Wednesday, Bommai met the Union Minister of Mines, Coal and Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi in New Delhi.

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai had previously met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in Delhi on July 30. It was his first trip to Delhi since becoming Karnataka's chief minister. At the time, Bommai expressed his best wishes as he embarked on a new journey for Karnataka's progress, and he pledged his full support for the state's development."
