In director Srinivas Omkar's upcoming Telugu action thriller 'My Name is Shruthi,' Hansika plays an ad filmmaker in a trailer that the filmmakers have chosen to release now.
Hansika shared the trailer on Twitter on Wednesday, revealing that the film is a compelling criminal thriller about a gang that trades in human skin. Apart from Hansika, Prema, Murali Sharma, Pooja Ramachandran, Raja Ravindra, and Aadukalam Naren appear in 'My Name is Shruthi.'
Mark K. Robin composed the music for the film, which also features Kishore Boyidapu's photography and Chotai K Prasad's editing. The film, which sheds new light on the organ mafia networks, reveals that India lags behind Nepal in terms of human skin supply. The film was shot with the unit taking all required steps to avoid the spread of Covid, which began in July of last year.
