Comedy King Raju Srivastava is a well-known personality and he makes everyone laugh with his acts. The real name of Raju Srivastava is Satyprakash Srivastava. The country's popular comedian Raju made his best performances in many films. Apart from films, she performed in many TV shows as well as stand up comedy events.

Raju was born on 25th December 1963 in Kanpur. His father Ramesh Chandra Srivastava was a popular poet from Kanpur but Raju was fond of stand up comedy since childhood. He wanted to become a comedian. In his school, he used to make people laugh with his hilarious acts. His career began when he came to Mumbai. He starred as an additional artist in Tezab in 1988. After this, he performed in many other films like, 'Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon', 'Big Brother' etc.

Raju also continued comedy and performed in a number of comedy shows in the country and abroad and also made the audience laugh. In view of his popularity, Raju was offered the Lok Sabha election ticket by the Samajwadi Party but refused to take the ticket with full respect to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. On the other hand, he joined BJP in the year 2014. He is currently away from the film industry for quite some time. He was also seen in Kapil Sharma's show Comedy Nights with Kapil for a few days but it appeared only as a supporting artist.
