Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has decided to go to the Bombay High Court in the coming time. The Mumbai civil court has dismissed a plea to save her house from collapse. Now, Kangana is going to knock the door of Bombay High Court. Her advocate Rijawan Siddiqui has tweeted about it.

While replying to PTI, her lawyer tweeted, "Yes it is true that the Dindoshi Court dismissed an application for interim protection which was filed by my client Ms. Kangana Ranaut together will all other residents of D. B Breeze building. The said matter will now be filed before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court." When Kangana's petition was dismissed in the Dindoshi civil court, none of the actress and her advocate was present there. The case started in the year 2018 when the BMC sent a notice to Kangana's house. The notice said that Kangana has made illegal constructions in her Khar apartment.

In reply to this notice, Kangana had taken steps in 2019. Now, after losing the legal dispute to save her house, Kangana is going to approach the Bombay High Court. She is stuck in many legal cases at this moment. Writer Javed Akhtar has recently filed a defamation case against her. In addition, Kangana had recently won a case against the BMC.
