Who does not know famous actor Ravi Kishan of Bhojpuri films in today's time? He always remains in discussions due to his films. Ravi Kishan hails from the Jaunpur area of UP who faced many difficulties and poverty in his life. He struggled a lot before becoming an actor. Today Ravi Kishan has completed 51 years. Today we are going to share some things about them with you.

Born on 17 July 1969, Ravi's childhood name was Ravindra Nath Shukla. His father Pt Shyam Narayan Shukla used to operate milk dairy in Santacruz. He wanted Ravi to do the same work. But Ravi had a different view. Due to differences between father and uncle, the dairy had to be closed and the whole family returned to Jaunpur, UP. Ravi was very fond of acting because of his childhood, while his father did not like his acting at all. He had only one mother who always supported him in acting also, tell that the name of Ravi's wife is Preeti. Both of them met when Ravi was studying in class 11. In the days of Satragal, Preeti supported Ravi a lot.

Ravi's father used to run milk dairy earlier and he wanted Ravi to do the same thing. But that work stopped later after which the whole family moved to Jaunpur. His financial condition deteriorated further. The whole family lived in a mud house. Once, in an interview, Ravi said that he did not have enough money to buy a sari for his mother at any festival.

Ravi told in an interview that he once wanted to buy a saree for his mother, for which he had worked for three months to sell the newspaper. After depositing the money, he gave his mother a sari of 75 rupees, then his mother was so angry that she slapped him. When the mother asked angrily where did the money to buy the saree comes from, he cried crying that for three months he had deposited the money by selling the newspaper. His mother hugged him and cried a lot. Ravi has also worked in B-grade films in the initial days. From this, he had earned 5000 rupees and started to struggle by buying bikes with that money. 

on the passion of Ravi's acting, his father also beat him with his belt. Ravi also said during an interview that if his father did not hit him with his belt, he would have become a goon or a male prostitute.
