Today is the birthday of actor Sharat Saxena, who played negative characters in Hindi films. You all must have seen Sharat from TV to the big screen. Apart from the negative character, Sharat has made the audience laugh with his acting in comedy films. Sharat Saxena was born on August 17, 1950, in the Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, he did his early studies from St. Joseph's Convent High School Bhopal. After that, he studied engineering in electronics and communication in Jabalpur. He is said to have dreamt of becoming an actor since childhood and as soon as his studies ended, he reached Mumbai in 1972.

After that, he made his place in the film industry by struggling a lot. In the year 1974, Sharat started his film career with the film 'Benaam' and after that gradually he became famous as the best supporting actor of Bollywood. After that, he worked as a supporting actor in many films. He appeared in the film 'Agent Vinod' in 1977. At the same time, he worked in many films including Kala Patthar, Tarana, Shaan, Shakti, Pukar, Agent Vinod, Deewana Main Deewana, Bullet Raja, Baghban, Pyaar Ke Side Effects, Phir Hera Pheri, Woh Life Ho Aisi, Tumko Na Bhool Payenge, Maa Tujhe Salaam, Josh, Ghulam, Gupt, Tridev.

After working in many Hindi films, he also worked in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Punjabi language films and apart from this, he has worked in many TV shows. Sharat Saxena is married to Shobha Saxena and has two children Veera and Vishal. He lives in Mumbai with his family.
