Who does not know the famous actor of Tollywood, Suman in today's time, he always remains in discussions due to his films. Today, he is celebrating his 60th birthday. Suman born on 28 August 1959 is an Indian film actor who is primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema and Tamil cinema. He was one of the most prominent stars of Telugu cinema during the 1980s. He has also played the roles of gods like Venkateswara, Shiva and Rama in Telugu. Suman has also acted in some Malayalam, Kannada and Odia films.

Suman started his career by TR Tamil film Nechal Kulm (1979) produced by Ramanna as a police officer. He then appeared in the Tamil film Thea (1981), where he played the role of an honest police officer. In a career of almost 4 decades, he acted in over 150 films as a hero in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and English language films.

He has acted as the male lead in 100 Telugu films. He returned to acting by playing the role of villain in the Tamil films Shivaji and Kuruvi. He was cast as the main antagonist in the Malayalam film Sagar aka Jackie. He won the Nandi Award for Best Actor for the film Baw Bawamaridi. He has also won the Asian Film Honor Special Jury Award in 2009. Suman has also acted in the Hollywood film Death and Taxi.
