13-year-old student kills 11-year-old Sameer to get out of Madrasa

Chandigarh: The body of an 11-year-old student was found in a madrasa located in the Punhana sub-division of Nuh, a Muslim-dominated area of Haryana, on September 5, 2022. This madrasa village Is located near the Mazar of Shah Chokha Peer Dada Shah Chokha. The deceased student was studying Islam in the madrasa for the last one year. The family members of the deceased had termed the incident as murder and demanded action. Now the police revealed the case on September 11, 2022, informing that the accused of murder is another student studying in the same madrasa.

Local police station in-charge Satbir Singh has said that the 11-year-old student was murdered by another 13-year-old student studying in the same madrasa. The police informed that the accused boy did not want to study in that madrasa, but in the school, so he committed this crime to defame the madrasa. According to the SHO of Nuh, the accused student wanted to get out of the madrasa in any case. According to reports, the accused told the police interrogation that he wanted to kill the deceased student Sameer on Friday, but could not do so due to the huge crowd. Finally, he chose Saturday to kill Sameer. Confessing his crime before the police, the accused said that he first took the deceased to the basement of the madrasa and later killed Sameer, buried him in the sand and fled.

Nuh SP Varun Singla has informed that the deceased and the accused students were good friends and used to play together. After necessary legal action, the accused has been taken to a juvenile home in Faridabad. Sameer, a student from TED village, was found dead inside a madrasa in Shah Chaukha village of Nuh on Monday. After finding Sameer's body, the police called FSL teams and registered an FIR and started investigating.
