Chandigarh: The date for assembly elections in Haryana has been announced. There is less than a month left in the election. The BJP has announced the names of its candidates in more than half the seats. At the same time, Congress is struggling with terrible internal strife. Due to this there is a bit of a split in the party. Sonia Gandhi's lessons also could not unite the Congressmen of Haryana. After his intervention, the party got a new president, the responsibility of the Leader of Opposition in the Assembly was also given to the new person, the responsibility of preparing and publicizing the election manifesto was handed over to the different leaders, but the factionalism in the party was reduced.

There are only twenty days left in the election, but the big leaders who have declared themselves as the chief ministerial candidates in the Congress are still on the path of Ekla Chalo. Those who understand the pulse of state politics say that this policy of Congressmen can prove suicidal for the party. It is known that to end the long-running factionalism in the Haryana Congress, the Congress Party's interim president, Sonia Gandhi, had taken a meeting of the state leaders. Ashok Tanwar, who is heading the party in the state, was removed from his post and Kumari Selja was made the state party president. Seeing the rebellious attitude of former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda, the Congress high command agreed to some of his demands.
