‘Country pays tribute to Captain Bipin Yadav’…. Video of Haryana minister goes viral, Know what's happened

Chandigarh:  A video of Haryana Cabinet Minister Mulchand Sharma calling the country's first Chief Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat as Captain Bipin Yadav is going viral on social media. A man standing next to him also corrected him twice. He then paid homage to CDS General Bipin Rawat with the correct name.

The video of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Ballabhgarh seat in Haryana and Transport Minister Mulchand Sharma in the state government is fast going viral on social media. In this viral video, he pays homage to general Bipin Rawat, CDS killed in the Coonoor helicopter crash, but neither knew the general's full name nor his rank. Talking to the media, Minister Mulchand Sharma says, 'The entire country paid homage to Captain Bipin Yadavji.'

Meanwhile, a man standing behind corrected the minister and said, 'Yadav Nahi Rawat'. Mulchand then said, 'Captain Bipin Rawatji...' That's when the video of Minister Mulchand Sharma is being shared on social media and people are making fun of him. Although no information is available about the day the video is from, nor does Newstracklive confirm the video, the video is fast going viral on social media.
