New Delhi: The Hathras Rape Case has reached the Supreme Court which has been intensifying for the past one week. A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court to bring justice to the aggrieved family, which is under trial. There are claims about the reality and allegations of the incident.

The mother of one of the accused, Luvkush, says her son had tried to help the victim but was also trapped. She claims his son had assisted the girl. LuvKush's mother said he had also approached the victim at the time of the incident. The mother of the accused said he asked the injured girl what happened? The girl then told him that she had been killed by Sandeep. The accused's mother said, "Then I told my son to bring water. My son has just watered the victim. I don't know what my son has been accused in the case".

The incident in Hathras is now turning into a battle of Dalit versus Swarna. The Mahapanchayat is trying to support the accused, the Kshatriya Sangathan has also jumped into the case. The All India Kshatriya Mahasabha has approached AP Singh to appoint a lawyer to defend the accused. AP Singh is the same lawyer who fought the case for the perpetrators of the Nirbhaya case.
