Lucknow: Due to the increasing cases of Corona, a situation of crisis has arisen in the country. Meanwhile, in UP, COVID-19 infection is spreading rapidly. In this sequence, the Allahabad High Court has directed the state government to strictly follow the rule of "two yards, mask is necessary". The court has said that an officer should be posted in every city to determine compliance with the order issued by the Additional Chief Secretary on 6 August 2020. The bench, comprising Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar, has given these directions while hearing the public interest litigation regarding the condition of quarantine centers and better treatment arrangements in hospitals.

The court has expressed its displeasure at not giving the information sought by CMO Prayagraj, and has also ordered the return of the affidavit filed by the CMO to enter the best affidavit. The court has remarked that the way the CMO office should work, it is not being done. In the 21st century, where the data of COVID-19 virus is being released in the world of digitization, the CMO office record is not being maintained.

The court had asked CMO Prayagraj for details of the proceedings according to the order on the delay of two weeks in coming the test report. The CMO kept silent on the information sought. Advocate SPS Chauhan said in his statement, the infected are not being quarantined in the hospital. Infected patients are walking out of the hospital. Keeping the state government's side on this, Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal said, the security of hospitals will be tightened, and tracing tracking will be done. No one will be allowed to come out of the hospital and die on the road. All arrangements will be made with this.
