He is going. Even before this, 27 percent OBC reservation has been banned by the Madhya Pradesh High Court on many cases.

At the same time, many judgments of the Supreme Court also say that in any case the percentage of reservation cannot exceed 50 percent. The Division Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice RV Malimath, hearing the matter, has issued a notice directing that only 14 percent reservation should be given to the OBC category in the MPPSC 2019 recruitment process, along with notice to the government and MPPSC. Issuing clarification has been sought that on what basis the candidates were being given the benefit of 27% reservation in the recruitment process.
