 Tunisha Sharma allegedly died by suicide on 24th December. The actress hanged herself on the set of a serial in Vasai in Maharashtra's Palghar district. The 20-year-old went to the washroom on the set and did not return for a long time. When the door was broken down, she was found hanging inside. Sheezan Mohammed Khan, Co-star of actor Tunisha Sharma was arrested after a case of abutment to suicide was registered against him.

Now Sheezan Khan’s advocate Shailedra Mishra said that his client is innocent and that he has faith in the judiciary. Now, he has demanded mental health counselling for him with security as the ongoing media trail and investigation have allegedly taken a toll on Sheezan's mental health, making him suicide-prone.  His lawyer further revealed that he has demanded counselling for his client because a person who has never seen jail life has a lot to bear mentally, and the ongoing external pressure has already thrown him in a bad light.

Earlier Tunisha Sharma’s mother Vanita Sharma recently made big allegations on Sheezan. She said, "I will not sit quietly until Sheezan is punished. Tunisha checked his phone once and found that he was cheating on her. On questioning Sheezan, he slapped her. My daughter had no disease. I will not spare Sheezan. My daughter has gone, I'm alone now. Tunisha informed me that Sheezan used to consume drugs on the sets. There were changes in Tunisha's behaviour. Sheezan forced her to follow Islam. She also posted on her Instagram that morning but what happened after that, we have no idea."

Tunisha Sharma and Sheezan M Khan were working together in the show Ali Baba. Tunisha's mother has filed an FIR against the Ex Boyfriend Sheezan Mohammed Khan, although the cause of her suicide attempt. Sheezan Mohammed Khan is a TV actor, who is best known as young Akbar or Sultan Murad Mirza in Jodha Akbar and now as Ali Baba in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. He was born on 9 September 1994 and started his acting career in 2013 with the historical drama Jodha Akbar.
