When it comes to Indian bread, we rely only on flour or White flour (maida) but there are many grains that can be a healthy option for you. If you want to switch to low-carb loaves or have just been bored eating flour loaves, try them. This will also reduce your weight rapidly.

Oats Roti: You might be wondering if you have heard of Oats Pudding, Oats Khichdi, Oats Cookies or even Oats Energy Bar, but if Oats Bread has ever been of Trai, if not, let us tell you that Oats Bread is one such thing that you can easily make for your meal. If you do not want to eat oats bread completely, then you can add oats flour to it while kneading the dough.

Coconut Flour Bread: Many celebs like Alia Bhatt, Huma Qureshi and Karan Johar follow the Keto Diet. It may not be easy for you to make keto cake everyday like alia, but you can make keto rotis instead! Well, for this you will need a little coconut flour. Coconut flour made from coconut milk extract has all the properties of coconut and can be easily made into flat bread like rotis. There are some things to keep in mind while making coconut flour rotis, like using only 20 percent coconut flour and mixing it with wheat flour. This is because coconut flour is very thick and absorbs too much moisture when cooked. Coconut flour is low in carbs but rich in protein and fiber.

Soya Roti: Soybean and soy flour are excellent choices for health care people. Soy is very low in carbohydrates. If you want to lose weight, then definitely include it in your daily diet. But if you are allergic to soy protein, do not give up, there are many other options available for you.

Ragi Roti: Ragi, also known as figure millets, is a super healthy cereal rich in nutrients. Approximately 100 grams of ragi contain 5 to 8% protein, 2.5–3.5% mineral, 65–75% carbohydrates, 15–20% dietary fiber, and 1–2% other things. Apart from this, the amount of calcium in ragi is much higher than other grains i.e. 344 mg per 100 grams.
