It is often seen that as soon as winter comes, we start feeling lazy or tired, due to this people do not even feel like doing their daily work. You must have seen people who are tired and short of fury in winter. Not only this, but you also feel lethargic by seeing them, don't you? Well, you can take help of Ayurveda in winter to overcome laziness, here are some tips

It is to be noted that adopting Ayurveda in winter is a good way to stay healthy. If you feel too tired or lazy then first  pay attention to what you are eating. In this way, you can reduce laziness. Food in Ayurveda is divided into 3 categories. These categories are Tamasik, Rajasik, and Satvik. Vengeful (Tamasik) things are those which take time to digest, included oily, high fat, meat, and fast food. Where things that are made up of milk are called Rajasik food. Whereas things which are easy to digest like vegetables, fruits and greens are considered as Satvik.

How to adopt Ayurveda: Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Try to avoid sugar and sugar made products as much as you can. Eat less of aerated drinks, colas and fast food. In particular, eat more fiber-rich food during the winter season. Eat raw vegetables as a salad and also include whole grains and dry fruits like peanuts, almonds, and pistachios in your diet.
