During this, he said that the Government of India aims to provide corona vaccine to 20 to 25 crore Indians by July 2021. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan further said, 'The government plans to obtain and use 40 crore to 50 crore corona vaccine doses. States have been advised to send information about population groups as a priority by the end of October. He said that providing health workers with corona disease resistance in the front row is a top priority.

Harsh Vardhan has said that the vaccine will be procured centrally. Every batch of vaccines will be tracked in realtime. Indian vaccine manufacturers are being given full support from the government. He has said that 'the government is committed to taking all measures to ensure equal access to vaccines'.
