The Madhya Pradesh Meteorological Department has recently predicted rain in 26 districts of the state. With this, yellow alert has been issued in 7 districts of the state for thundershowers and lightning. It is also expected that hailstorm may occur at some places in 48 hours.

Let me tell you that the Met department has said that due to West Vikshome, 26 districts of Malwa including Barwani, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Dhar, Indore, Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Rajgarh, Bhopal, Sehore along with Gwalior-Chambal and Ujjain divisions are experiencing thundershowers. In addition, yellow alert for lightning and lightning has been sounded in Barwani, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Dhar, Gwalior, Morena and Sheopur. According to the same department, madhya pradesh is also likely to be cloudy, mawtha falling and fog from 1st to 3rd December.

It is also said that in western states including Beawara, Alirajpur, Ujjain, Jhabua, Rajgarh, Ganjbasauda, Barasivani, Indore, Shajapur, Dewas, Dhar, Ratlam, Sehore on 2nd December, while Jabalpur, Mandla, Balaghat and Shivpuri, Guna, Datia, Ashoknagar, Bhind, Morena of Gwalior-Chambal division of Eastern Madhya Pradesh are likely to receive cloudy conditions and rain from 2-3 December. At the same time, with the development of cyclonic circulation in Rajasthan due to western disturbances from Jammu and Kashmir, gwalior Chambal division will witness rain and hailstorm for 5 consecutive days from 2nd December.
