Honda has updated the Vario 160 scooter a sportier looking MotoGP theme just weeks after launching the updated 2022 model for the India market. Regular customers, however, will not be able to purchase this Honda Vario 160 MotoGP version. There will only be four of these models made.

Two of them have the numbers '93' and '44' on them, and these scooters will be ridden by the team's official riders, Marc Marquez and Pol Espargaro, respectively. The field crew will make use of two of the remaining units. Undoubtedly, the new orange and red MotoGP livery visually enhance the scooter's outside sporty appeal. In the future, it wouldn't be surprising if the firm released a limited-edition version of the scooter for regular customers.

The Honda Vario 160 comes in two trims: CBS and dual-channel ABS. The former is marketed at RP 25,800,000 (about. 1.34 lakh), while the latter is priced at RP 28,500,000. (approx). The new 2022 Honda Vario 160 scooter joins the existing Vario scooter lineup, which includes the Vario 125 and Vario 150. In the Indonesian market, both versions are highly popular. A 160cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine powers the scooter and produces 15 bhp of maximum power and 13.4 Nm of peak torque.
