At the same time, this was the first meeting of the BJP parliamentary party in this winter session.

During this, a party official said, 'Gujarat BJP President CR Patil was also honored.' Not only this but according to the functionary, 'the PM said that Patil should be given credit for the prominent victory in the state.'
