This is Mrunal Thakur and Nani's first collaborative film. The family film Hi Nanna, which is being directed by Shouryuv, will be released in five different Indian languages, including Tamil.
Hyderabad and other locations in India have seen the shooting of Hi Nanna. The film is being financially supported by Mohan Cherukuri under the Vyra Entertainers banner. The soundtrack for Hi Nanna was composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
The first image from Mrunal Thakur's Telugu movie was released earlier this month. She posed in a saree on the seashore. After the financial success of her first Telugu film, Sita Ramam (2022), in which she starred alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal directed Hi Nanna. She has also partnered with Vijay Devarakonda on a third Telugu movie. Parasuram Petla is directing the unnamed movie, which is being made by Sri Venkateswara Creations.
