Lucknow: The Lucknow bench of the Uttar Pradesh High Court has ordered to send notices to Shivpal Singh Yadav, Ashish Patel, Pankaj Singh and Neeraj Bora in the matter of allocation of bungalows, following the rules. Along with this, the court has also asked the state property department to reply in two weeks. The case will be heard in advance after two weeks.

The order was given by a division bench of Justice Pankaj Kumar Jaiswal and Justice Rajneesh Kumar on the petition of local advocate Motilal Yadav. According to Motilal Yadav, on Friday, after hearing the petition, the court has ordered the above four leaders to send notices. He has told that the court has also directed the state property department to file a counter affidavit in two weeks.

The petition states that by ignoring the rules, the said four MLAs have been allotted bungalows. The petition said that MLA Shivpal Yadav from Jaswant Nagar was given a bungalow. 6, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg has been allotted to former CM Mayawati. Bungalow no. 1A, given to Mal Avenue Legislative Council Member, Ashish Patel, this bungalow was earlier allotted to former CM ND Tiwari.
