Indore: In a road accident in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh, 4 laborers lost their lives, while 15 others were badly injured. The incident took place near Goritila Hirapur village under Kolaras police station area. Here the pickup full of laborers fell into the Sindh river after becoming uncontrollable at around two o'clock in the night. According to the report, all the laborers in the van were from West Bengal and were being taken to work in a bridge construction work in Veera village of Shivpuri district.

At present, the people injured in the accident have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. Kolaras police station in-charge Alok Singh said that the driver lost control while driving, due to which this painful accident happened. He told that all the workers had reached Jhansi by train on Monday night, after which they all reached Padora village of Shivpuri by bus and were going from there to the bridge construction site, during which the accident happened.

Three of the dead have been identified as Hamid Mohammad Abdullah son of Muzarak resident of Sirsi, Khahul Amin son of Abdul Rehman resident of Sirsi and Hakim son Mustafa resident of Chakulia West Bengal. While one of the deceased has not been identified.
