The newly launched portal, aside from enabling online bill payments, offers an array of services to consumers. These services encompass the seamless application for changing the name on an electricity account, adjusting load requirements, and applying for new electricity connections. This comprehensive suite of online services is designed to enhance user convenience and accessibility, aligning with modern digitalization trends.

Chief Minister Sukhu emphasized the pivotal role of this digital initiative in instigating a paperless work culture within the organization.
