The farmers' organizations have said on Friday that "except Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, they will block the highways all over the country". On the other hand, farmer leader Darshan Pal Singh said, 'We are not having a Chakka jam in Delhi tomorrow. We will sit in peace in all the borders. We will close national and state highways across the country except Delhi. From 12 to 3 in the afternoon there will be a traffic jam.'
