Mathura: Ashutosh Pandey, the plaintiff related to the case of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute in Mathura, UP, has received death threats. In the audio message from Pakistan, it was said that within three days their game would be over (in the context of murder). During this time, he was also abused in audio messages.

Meanwhile, some media reports informed that party Pandey has received a bomb threat. Not only this, his Facebook page was also hacked and meanwhile obscene videos and photos have been released on that account. After the threat, the sender deleted the audio message. After the incident, he wrote a letter to CM Yogi Adityanath and Principal Secretary Home informing them about the case.   

Caller from Pakistan said - Will blow you up with a bomb!: Giving information, he said, "An incident happened with me which I cannot hide. First a threat was given around 10 in the morning and after that around noon Threatened at 2 o'clock. Even my officers are scared by the second threat." According to Ashutosh Pandey, "I was told on the call from Pakistan - If I do not withdraw the ongoing criminal and civil cases in the Idgah case within 15 days, then I, my car and the central office are going to be bombed."

Threat call came after SC's ban on court survey in Mathura:  Not only this, the plaintiff has received this threat at a time when the Supreme Court on Tuesday (January 16, 2024) has ordered court survey of the disputed premises in Mathura. Was put on hold. The Top Court has said that the High Court should hear the petition of the mosque party against the maintainability of the petitions. Allahabad High Court had earlier given an order in this regard (court survey), while Shahi Eidgah Committee has also opposed the transfer of all the cases from Mathura District Court to the High Court. The next hearing is going to be held in the Supreme Court on 23 January 2024.
