New Delhi: Veteran Congress leader and former Union minister Salman Khurshid's book has created a stir across the country. Now the Hindu Army has approached the court over this. Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta has demanded the Patiala court to ban the publication, dissemination and sale of the book. The Hindu Army alleges that the book hurts the sentiments of Hindus. Earlier, two lawyers of the apex court had complained to the Delhi Police Commissioner against Salman Khurshid over the book.
In fact, Congress leader Salman Khurshid recently launched his book 'Sunrise over Ayodhya.' There is a hue and cry about part of this book. In the book, he compared Hindutva to terrorist organizations like ISIS and Boko Haram. Salman Khurshid's book has a complete controversy over a chapter 'The Saffron Sky.' In fact, he writes in his book that the political form of Hindutva in the present times is putting aside the eternal and ancient Hinduism of saints and philanthropists. Khurshid further wrote in the book that ISIS is the political form of Hindutva, which sidelines Hinduism, and is similar to Islamic jihadist organizations like Boko Haram.
Earlier, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia had hit out at the Congress over Khurshid's book. He had said that the things that are in the book hurt not only the sentiments of Hindus but also the soul of India. He said that even after living in India, getting so much respect, why is the Congress party doing such things? These lines and ideas are not of a single Congress leader but of the entire Congress party.
