Srinagar: Terrorists are not liking peace in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Intelligence agencies have received input that Pakistan is trying to supply weapons and drugs to India on a large scale. It has been reported that terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen is planning to supply consignments of drugs and weapons from Pakistan to the Indian border in Srinagar, but the quantity of weapons and drugs has not been mentioned.
In the intelligence input, the entire route of supply from Pakistan to India has also been shared, so that the security forces can also keep a close eye on that route. At the same time, the mastermind who sent this consignment to India is a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist, who has been living in Pakistan since 1992-93 and is conspiring against India from there. After this input, the security forces have been asked to be on more alert than before. The route through which the consignment of terrorist weapons is expected to come to India has also been shared by intelligence agencies and security has been tightened on this entire route so that terrorists do not succeed in their nefarious plans.
Let me tell you, a day earlier, on Thursday (June 1), the police arrested two drug smugglers from Punjab in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir. Police said they have busted an inter-state drug racket by arresting two drug peddlers from Punjab. About 22 kg of heroin-like substance has been seized from the possession of the smugglers. Both the smugglers were nabbed from Sunderbani area of Rajouri district.
