On the other hand, Sher Singh Chufal, a resident of Doonakot, says that his elders started celebrating Holi in these villages. But as soon as the rag of Holi was brought from Mathura to their villages, untoward things started happening. In view of this, the elders decided not to celebrate Holi.

On the other hand, Girdhar Bora, a resident of Bora village, says, 'The elders had brought chir from Mathura to start Holi in their village, but the rag was stolen before reaching the village. Since then Holi is not played in their village. On the other hand, Balwant Singh Mehra of Adichaura says that where Aatu festival is celebrated, there is no Holi in those villages. However, in the Brahmin families and villages living in these areas including Haat, Dhaulet, Sitoli, Mirthi, the festival of Holi is also celebrated with pomp along with Aahun. With this, the village head Narayan Nagar VVS Kanyal told that, 'The festival of Aatu is celebrated in our village assembly. It is heard from the elders that where people celebrate Satu and Aathu, there is no Holi.

Due to this tradition, Holi is not celebrated in our village. On the other hand, Manoj Jimwal, a resident of Kholi Charma village said, 'The tradition of not celebrating Holi in our village Kholi Charma is already going on. Eighth festival is celebrated with great pomp in the village. Due to this festival, Holi is not played. Elders also believe the same. With this, Ajeda village Yuvak Mangal Dal President Govind Singh Kholia said, 'The festival of Chaitol is celebrated with special enthusiasm. One reason for not celebrating Holi can also be that Holi is not celebrated even in the surrounding villages. This tradition is going on.
