The Home Ministry made it clear in its order that this order is for the green zone areas. The areas which have been declared hotspots (in Corona infected areas), these orders will not be applicable.

Liquor shops are not kept in this category. It has been kept in another category instead of the Shop and Establishment Act, that means liquor shops will remain closed for now. Shopping complex and mall etc. have also not been allowed to be opened. Markets like Nehru Place, Palika Bazaar, Lajpat Nagar will also not open.

That means shops that fall within the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities. With this permission, the Ministry of Home Affairs has also imposed certain conditions.
