In such a situation, there are some tips to get rid of snoring, which you should try.

- Heat 2-4 garlic cloves in mustard oil and massage the chest with this oil. This will remove the obstruction of breath.

- Heat up Ghee. After it becomes lukewarm, put 2 or 3 drops in the nose. Doing this before going to bed every night will provide relief in snoring.

- Boil half a teaspoon of tea leaves, ginger powder, two cloves and lemon juice in a cup of water. Drink this decoction before going to bed at night.

- Lack of water in the body increases phlegm in the nose and throat, causing obstruction of breath. In this case, drink 3 to 4 liters of lukewarm water a day.

- Drink a teaspoon of lukewarm olive oil before bed. If you do this, the problem of snoring will end.

- Daily drink a glass of lukewarm water at night before bedtime. Doing so will open the windpipe and relieve snoring.
