Actress Honey Rose made her South debut with the film 'Boy Friend'. After the film, she played the lead roles in several other films, but it was her character Dhawani Nambiar in Trivandrum Lodge that brought her instant fame. Since then she has not had time to look back. Later, the actress became the subject of discussion in Mollywood after her lip-lock scene with Murali Gopi in the film '1 By Two', which caught the attention of film-lovers. In a recent interview with the Malayalam media group, for the first time, the actress revealed that she did not find anything wrong in doing the scene.
Honey Rose wrote, “The director of '1By Two' had not told me earlier about that scene. In that film, a person whom my character Dhvani loved immensely dies, and one day all of a sudden he appears in front of my character and that scene is an outcome of all the mixed emotions."
She then states that "I thought about that scene and came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with doing it (lip-lock) because the story and character had spoiled it. However, in doing that scene I had no mind. I felt sad after that scene. It was used for publicity." After which she says, "Many things that we do with good intentions will not end in that note. It was also not a bedroom scene. Anyway, I would think at least ten times before doing any lip-lock scenes in the future. "
