In Andhra Pradesh, a major accident took place at Kadapa on Saturday. An explosion in a limestone mine in the early hours of the morning created a hue and cry. The explosion was so powerful that at least 10 people have lost their lives. And many were injured. The incident took place in Mamilpalli village of Kalasapadu block.

How the blast took place: It is learnt that the explosive material that breaks the stone. As a result, 10 labourers have lost their lives on the incident. However, many workers are expected to be trapped under the debris. After the accident, a lot of limestone debris was accumulated. Several labourers are feared to have been buried under the debris. If this happens, the number of deaths and injured may increase.

According to the information received, all the people who lost their lives in the incident are labourers working in the mine. They had landed inside the mine in the morning. Meanwhile, it is feared that several labourers are still trapped under the debris in the mine. Relief and rescue operations have been started after the incident. The debris is being removed.
