Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan’s Vikram Vedha recently released. Vikram Vedha is a remake of R Madhavan’s Tamil film which became a huge blockbuster. The movie has already hit the theatre. Hrithik Roshan played gangster Vedha while popular actor Rohit Saraf played his younger brother Shatak. Although the movie has not done well at the box office.
Rohit Sharaf recently confess that Hrithik delayed the movie shoot for him the actor said ,“Hrithik sir called my Mismatch director Akarsh Khurana, and he said ‘I need him (Rohit Saraf) to come and do this part because I believe he is perfect for it’. That’s when Akarsh managed some days. But then, Hrithik sir understood we couldn’t cancel the entire schedule of Mismatched here. So, the entire schedule of Vikram Vedha got pushed by 5 days. They waited for me to come and be a part of it. When I heard Hrithik sir himself called my director to get my dates, that day I was like ‘even if this film doesn’t work out I’m ok with it because I know what this means to me. How big of a deal this is.”
Rohit Sharaf said, “I just hoped to not be in a situation where I would have to leave this film because my dates were not available. I would be so upset about it, that’s exactly what happened. Dates (for the Vikram Vedha and Mismatched shoot) were exactly the same.”
Speaking of Vikram Vedha, It stars Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan. The film also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, and Sharib Hashmi. Directed by Pushkar-Gayatri, Vikram Vedha is the Hindi remake of their 2017 Tamil film of the same name. It is a remake, the original film which starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi was a massive hit. Filmmaker duo Pushkar and Gayatri, who directed the original too. Meanwhile, the movie in terms of advance booking lagged behind Laal Singh Chaddha and Shamshera.
