'Human rights' means the rights given by the government to the human being. Today we are going to talk about those human rights. Human rights are the right to freedom, equality and respect in the life of any human being. The Indian Constitution guarantees this right, the person who breaks it also gets punished. The National Human Rights Commission was set up by the Government of India on October 12, 1993. Human rights law was implemented in India from 28 September 1993. Some of the human rights are:

* Civil and political rights

* Right to live life and be free

* Freedom of the individual and right to economic equality.

* Social and cultural rights, and the right to participate in these programs.

* Right to food

* Right to work 

* Right to Education.
