The family members were returning after performing the last rites of the woman when the news came that the body of the woman's husband was lying outside the village. Subsequently, his body was also cremated near the woman's pyre. There is an atmosphere of grief in the village after the incident. The sons of the deceased couple say that the mother died due to the concern of the husband and later the father was also found dead.

Actually, the incident is from Babhangama village of the district. Teju Sahni (55), a resident of the village, lived with his wife Sikalia Devi (50) and their children. A few days ago, Siklia Devi had a fight with her husband Teju over something. Then Teju left the house in anger and took all the land and property papers with him. Even after 4-5 days, Teju did not return home. His wife and children searched for him at many places, but could not find Teju. On June 8, 2023, Siklia Devi passed away due to the concern of her husband. There was mourning in the family. After Siklia's death, Teju was again searched in the surrounding village including the whole village. But, nothing was found.

In such a situation, the family members and villagers cremated Siklia at the village cremation ground. When all the people were returning home, Teju's son Pramod Sahni was informed by some shepherds of Madhuban Pratap that a body was lying in Chaura area. When Pramod and some people of the village reached Chaura, they found that the body belonged to father Teju. After the death of his mother, Pramod was badly broken by the discovery of his father's body. Villagers and relatives somehow consoled him. Teju's body was prepared and then taken to the cremation ground. Teju's last rites were also performed near the pyre of his wife Sikalia Devi. Panchayat representative Rambabu Sahni said that the wife died in the separation of her husband and then the husband's body was found outside the village the same day. Both have been cremated. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the village due to this incident.
