IT sector giant Infosys has completed 40 years in the country. NR Narayana Murthy started this company by borrowing just 10 thousand rupees from his wife Sudha Murthy, which is doing business in the world today. Nandan Nilekani, non-executive chairman of the company and co-founder of Infosys, spoke on the occasion, which has become a topic of discussion. Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani is taking over the reins of the company for the second time and is the only one who has taken the company to this point, who is still active. But they are now looking for a new person, who can take command of the company and take it to new heights. On the occasion of Infosys completing 40 years, he jokingly said, ''I am the last of the jokers left... I have the responsibility to set up the leadership structure. I have not yet found such a person to whom I can hand over this responsibility.''

Nandan Nilekani said that whenever I exit from this, I will hand over the entire responsibility to a chairman and that person will be a non-founder. He said that if you give responsibility to someone and it does not work, then there is no Plan B because I cannot come back at the age of 75. He said this big thing while addressing a function organized in Bengaluru on the completion of four decades of the company on Wednesday. Others present on the occasion included Founder Narayana Murthy, Krish Gopal Krishnan, SD Shibulal and K Dinesh were also present. This statement of Nandan Nilekani indicates that IT giant Infosys is looking for talent to replace him.
