Rajnandgaon: A video from Chhattisgarh is going viral on social media. In this video, an anti-Hindu oath is being administered. The video is from Rajnandgaon. Congress Mayor Hema Sudesh Deshmukh was also present. The video is from a state-level Buddhist conference held at Ward Mohra in Rajnandgaon. This video is from November 7, 2022. In the video, you can see people being administered an oath not to believe in Hindu gods and goddesses.
In the same video, a man is swearing to the people present there, "I will not believe in any gods and goddesses of Hindu religion like Gauri, Ganapati etc. nor will I ever worship them. I will never believe that God has ever incarnated.'' During this, Mayor Deshmukh is also seen among the people who have repeated the oath. Tweeting the video, Union Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Renuka Singh said, "Anti-Hindu rallies are at its peak under Congress rule. Here the Hindu faith is being openly attacked and the Rajnandgaon mayor of the Congress is taking an oath against the Hindu religion. Can there be an anti-Sanatan programme and it is not linked to the Congress?"

She told the media, ''On one hand Bhupesh Baghel's government talks about the construction of Ram Gaman Path in Chhattisgarh.
