The Institute of Banking Perspective selection has announced to reopen the application process for 8424 posts in regional rural banks even after reopening the process of applying for the recruitment of clerk posts in National Banks. IBPS had issued a notification of Office Assistant (multipurpose) and Officer Scale 1 in July on 30th June 2020 notification for recruitment to the post of 9638 Office Assistants (multipurpose) and officers (scale 1, 2 and 3). Under the recruitment, the application window for the post of 8424 Office Assistant (multipurpose) and Officer Scale 1 is being reopened. As per the supplementary advisory issued by IBPS on Wednesday, 21st October for re-application of RRB Clerk and Officer Scale 1, the process of application will commence on 26th October and the candidates will be able to apply by 9th November by visiting the IBPS application website, ibpsonline.ibps.in.

How to Apply:
As per supplementary advertising by the BPS, the application window for clerk and Officer Scale 1 posts is being open for candidates who are going to pass the academic qualification (graduate) by 9th November 2020, which means the new last date. Simultaneously, the application window is also being open for candidates who were not able to successfully register during the previous period (from 1st July to 20th July).

Age-limit:
The age limit fixed for clerk posts is 18 years to 28 years on 9th November, while officer scale is 18 years to 28 years for 1 post.

Application Fee:
Candidates should note that in the regional rural banks, they will have to deposit an application fee of Rs. 850 for applying for clerk and officer scale 1 posts, which can be paid through online means. The application fee for reserved categories candidates is Rs. 175.
