Lucknow: The polling for the seven phases of Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections-2022 has been completed. Most of the exit polls last evening showed the BJP forming a government with an absolute majority. Meanwhile, confident BJP MLC Surendra Chaudhary has resolved that he will leave the state if his party does not form the government in UP.
Talking to the media, Surendra Chaudhary had claimed that the BJP will form a government with an absolute majority in UP. He said the Double engine government of the BJP has done a lot of work. CM Yogi Adityanath has served the people day and night. The people of UP will definitely make him sit on the CM's chair again. Surendra Chaudhary said that if the BJP does not form the government in UP, he will leave the state.
Surendra Chaudhary started his political career with the students' politics of Allahabad University. He was earlier in the BSP. In 2014, he left the BSP and joined the BJP. Surendra Chaudhary has also served as the BJP's Mandal in charge. Earlier, he was also a Zila Panchayat member. In the 2017 assembly elections, he had filed his nomination from the BJP but gave up his bid under the Apna Dal agreement.
