Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, the elder brother brutally beat the younger brother to death in Odisha's capital Bhubaneswar. In fact, the elder brother often interrupted the younger brother to study and spend extra money. But the younger brother didn't listen to him. Angered by this, the elder brother killed the younger brother.
The deceased has been identified as Raj Mohan Senapati. Whereas, his elder brother Biswa Mohan is an MBA graduate. On Tuesday, the capital police gave this news while revealing the case. Addressing the reporters, DCP Officer Of Commissionerate Police Prateek Singh said that Raj Mohan and his brother Biswa Mohan are residents of the Itamati area of Nayagarh district. Both brothers were preparing for competitive examinations by staying in the capital Bhubaneswar for a long time.
The DCP said that the criminal Biswa Mohan had passed the preliminary and main written examination for the banking specialist officer. Whereas, younger brother Raj Mohan was also preparing for competitive exams while doing B.Ed. But he was not serious about his studies. He did not clear any competitive exams. The elder brother used to interrupt him about this and used to speak to study. At the same time, he used to say that he should not spend the money being sent from home. Recently, his younger brother Raj Mohan appeared for a competitive exam, in which he failed. This led to a fight between the two brothers. The fight escalated so much that the elder brother beat the younger brother a lot, causing him to faint. He was immediately rushed to the capital hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. DCP Pratik Singh said that Nayapalli police have registered a case of murder and arrested the culprit Biswa Mohan. He is currently being interrogated.
