In Kwahalthi in Kwajulu-Natal province, a shepherd found a mysterious bright stone on a mountain in the past, which he has reported to the villagers.
After which thousands of people from the village reached the mountain with shovels and started digging. Many people have also found bright stones here, which are called quartz crystals. Locals have said that it can change their lives. Though people are not yet aware of the reality of these stones, they have started selling it and many customers are buying them for only Rs.500-200. It may be recalled that poverty is at its peak in this region of South Africa.
