Bhopal: Repair of smartphones can be expensive up to 300 percent. The display of the same smartphone that used to be 1200 rupees, will now cost 2000 rupees i.e. 67 percent more expensive. Likewise, if the phone's touch is bad, it will have to pay up to three times more money. Now you must be wondering why this has happened due to Corona virus of Wuhan city of China. Due to which the arrival and departure from China has completely stopped.

Since only about 1000 shops in the capital, only smartphone repairing works. From the same Jyoti Talkies intersection and New Market, mobile markets have become in more than a dozen places. Some traders operating the shop in these markets go to China once every 10 to 15 days and bring these parts. Which is that no businessman went to China in the last one month. Its full effect Nimesh Sen, who runs a mobile repair shop, said that in the last 15 days, most of the parts installed in smartphones have become expensive by 60 to 300 percent.

Anil Singhal, president of the Association of Merchants who sell IT and electronic goods, said that the prices of SSD cards and RAM used in desktops and laptops increased by 20 to 30 percent. The same Singhal said that January was a celebration of China's New Year. Now goods are not coming due to Coronavirus. The effect of stopping the movement from China is visible only where the traders either go and fetch the goods themselves or call the goods from another merchant. The same containers are coming from China. Because of this, it is not impacting the industries right now. But if the situation worsens, its effect can also be seen on industries.
