In fact, most of us all must have heard about 'Surya Namaskar', but you know about 'Chandra Namaskar '. In fact, this asana gives a lot of relief to the body and mind. Do you know how to do it?

Method of Chandra Namaskar- First of all, stand on the ground with a mat and place your hands in front of the chest in the posture of salutation while facing the moon. After this, you open the hands while drawing the breath and move them from the front to the back, look at the sky in the same order. Now try to touch the earth in order to bring the hands out of the breath and move the head as close to the knee as you can. After this, move the left leg backwards and now move the right knee forward. Your eyes should be on the sky. Now you move the hands towards the back in a salutation pose, raise the chin and stretch the hands up while stretching the body and breathe in and then bring both your hands down while exhaling and return to the old position while pulling the right leg back. Then move the middle part of the body up and then stop downwards.

After this, touch the hands, feet, knees, head and chest, all the organs from the ground and stay in this position for some time. Now try to straighten the hands while pulling the breath and lifting the chest up and look up at the sky. After this, apply the edia from the ground while exhaling the breath and lift the hand between the body and keep the head downwards, then touch the chin with the throat. Then draw the breath and bring the left leg and both hands to the middle. Now keep the waist down and move the neck back. After this, once again bring the hands in front of the chest in a greeting pose and then move backwards, raise the chin and move the back and head back while pulling the hands towards the sky.

Now tilt the hand from the back to the front. Then try to touch the ground and move the head towards the knee, then lift the hands open to the front, pulling the breaths inwards and moving backwards. Now look at the sky, turning your back. Finally move the hands in front of the chest in a salutation pose towards the moon.
