Ingredients - Green moong dal-1 cup, ginger-1 tsp, green chilli-1, coriander-2 tbsp, green garlic-2 tbsp, salt-to-taste, desi ghee or butter to cook.
Recipe - Wash and clean green moong dal and let it soak in water for two and a half hours. Then drain the water. Now separate two tablespoons of wet dal and grind the remaining dal finely in a mixer. Now add soaked dal, finely chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander, green garlic and salt to the same dal and mix well. Now make a medium-sized pancake on a hot pan with the help of a pan with this mixture and turn it over and bake well on both sides by applying butter or desi ghee. Serve the prepared Pesarattu with coconut chutney, curd, pickle or green chutney.
